Study 40 free FDE lessons in Chinese and English. Follow a six-stage roadmap through discovery, implementation, evaluation and handover, with a workbook and capstone.
Study 40 lessons in Chinese and English with exercises and reference feedback, a six-module workbook and four cases. The 12 video episodes use Chinese narration and captions. No registration is required, and each chapter can be downloaded. Follow customer problems through implementation, evaluation and handover, then assemble a capstone pack showing your decisions and checks.
Lesson self-checks and module workbooks are separate. A check means you practiced and recorded gaps, not mastery, grading or customer delivery. Records stay in this browser; use downloads across devices.

Twelve video episodes follow the six modules, with production status and AI-assisted narration boundaries shown per episode.

Start preparation →Start with role responsibilities, then complete scoping, blueprints, evaluation and handover. Existing coding skills still need evidence of customer delivery judgment.
Start the first module →Leads define participants and goals. Members follow the curriculum; teams pair, review and hold stage retrospectives, with separate data and production permissions.
View team training →This learning sequence begins with role and customer problems, then implementation and evaluation, and ends with handover and practice. Complete each exercise and review its criteria before advancing.
Understand who an FDE serves, how to enter customer context and what constraints an AI partner needs.
Practice artifactA role responsibility and skill-gap inventory
Turn ambiguous requests into event flows, data inventories, testable hypotheses and scope decisions.
Practice artifactA scoping pack: problem, data, permissions and an exit decision
Turn scoping into an executable blueprint and deliver verifiable milestones through the six-step cycle.
Practice artifactA blueprint, an implementation milestone and acceptance evidence
Explain release decisions through datasets, judge calibration and comparable regression; verify software and model behavior separately.
Practice artifactEvaluation cases, a version contract and a release decision
Make delivery transferable, reproducible and improvable; turn individual practice into team learning.
Practice artifactA handover checklist, feedback loop and team training plan
Make a decision before consulting cases, then independently complete a requirements-to-retrospective practice report.
Practice artifactFour case decision notes and an integrated practice report
This roadmap is our teaching sequence, not an industry certification standard. Experienced engineers can attempt exercises to locate gaps; keep failures and revisions rather than only marking lessons as read.
Each chapter opens an adapted lesson with explanation, examples, independent practice and reference feedback. The index retains textbook numbering; previous and next lessons follow the six-module learning sequence: role and discovery before implementation, evaluation, handover and practice.
Appendix titles locate textbook material; public resources are organized separately by task. Pace depends on experience and complexity. This course provides no automatic grading or industry credential.
