Team training
Team training
Develop FDE capabilities around team experience and customer scenarios. Members complete modules; leads organize paired practice, peer review and stage exits.
Prepare this information first
- Participant count, development foundations, FDE experience and preparation gaps.
- Delivery problems to address, training scenarios and reviewable learning artifacts.
- Shareable material, authorized data spaces and production environments excluded from training.
- Lead, mentoring and review roles, plus available practice and retrospective time.
Suggested training format
Begin with readiness checks and a shared scenario. Learners complete one module artifact per round; peers review criteria and leads record decisions and gaps. This guide and the 12-video course are free. Cohort coaching and enterprise workshops are separate draft services; purchases are not accepted.
Four stages of learning and adoption
01
Pilot
Choose a small task and practice blueprints, acceptance and recovery. Exit: owners explain the code, rerun checks and record failures.
02
Standardize
Turn pilot lessons into constraints, gates and authorization boundaries. Exit: the team reviews delivery consistently and standards have an owner.
03
Rollout
Pair, review and gradually expand suitable tasks. Exit: critical paths pass, quality and adoption have comparable baselines, failures have escalation routes.
04
Optimize
Feed back field notes, regular sharing and practical training. Exit: assets have versions, owners, applicability boundaries and a next field validation.
Observe training artifacts, team adoption and customer outcomes separately. Without actual training evidence, no duration, productivity or career outcome is promised.
